Tottenham are interested in Stefan de Vrij and Marcelo Brozovic and Inter director Piero Ausilio provided updates on both players in his last interview with Sky Sport Italia.

Brozovic sees his contract expire at the end of the season and the Nerazzurri are in talks with his entourage.

The Croat has reportedly requested a €6m-a-year deal, but Inter haven’t yet met the player’s economic demands.

“We finalised three important operations and now we are in talks with Brozovic. Soon we will sit down with Perisic and Handanovic as well,” Ausilio told Sky Sport Italia.

Inter have recently extended with their stars Alessandro Bastoni, Lautaro Martinez and Nicolò Barella.

“We are also in talks with Dimarco and both parties are happy to continue together.”

Brozovic joined Inter in a €5m deal from Dinamo Zagreb in 2016 and has played 265 games with the Serie A giants.

Tottenham have also set their sights on Stefan de Vrij, but the Dutchman’s contract ends in June 2023.

His agent Mino Raiola has reportedly offered the former Lazio defender to Premier League clubs, but Inter are in no rush to decide the player’s future.

“I don’t understand why there’s so much talking about De Vrij, he still has one year and a half left in his contract,” Ausilio concluded.

Ausilio also confirmed Inter’s interest in Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana and according to Fabrizio Romano, the Cameroon’s international move to San Siro is a done deal.
