Inter have started looking for replacements for Milan Skriniar and have reportedly reignited their interest in Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic.

The Nerazzurri are aware that the Slovakian centre back is preparing to leave the Lombardy capital to head off to Paris Saint-Germain, forcing them to find a strong replacement for Simone Inzaghi’s squad.

Inter were seriously interested in Milenkovic in last summer’s transfer window but move away due to Fiorentina’s requests.

As reported by Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com, Inter’s top choice to replace Skriniar is Milenkovic and the club’s interest in the Serbian defender has been fully reignited.

The Nerazzurri have already agreed the terms of the contract with Milenkovic’s agent Fali Ramadani and now they need to find the right deal with Fiorentina, who wanted around €30m in the summer.

Piero Ausilio is working hard on the deal, but it still remains to be seen if the club will launch a serious attempt this month or wait until the summer to pull the trigger.
