Multiple reports in Italy claim Inter are moving forward in the race for Brazilian keeper Bento who has given priority to the Nerazzurri.

Tuesday’s printed edition of Il Corriere dello Sport newspaper on page 21 claims Brazilian keeper Bento is open to joining Inter and has given priority to the fresh Serie A champions.

The Rome-based paper claims that the asking price for the Brazil international is €20m and the same sum is confirmed by a different report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

Bento: Who is the Brazilian goalkeeper targeted by Inter and Chelsea

The pink paper reports on page eight on Tuesday that the Nerazzurri directors are ready to meet intermediaries for the Athletico Paranaense star and the Brazilian club’s directors to negotiate the financial side of the deal. Gazzetta also reports that Bento is open to joining the Nerazzurri.

The Brazilian keeper has already spoken about Inter with Julio Cesar, a 2010 treble winner at the Stadio Meazza, who has now become an agent.

Inter are aware that some Premier League clubs are also interested in Bento, but Chelsea are not believed to be among the suitors.
