Inter have reached an agreement in principle on personal terms with 23-year-old Hellas Verona defender Juan Cabal according to recent reports.

Inter agree terms with Cabal

The Nerazzurri have reportedly agreed a multi-year contract with the Colombian full-back worth somewhere in the region of €1.2m per season plus bonuses, although those figures are still subject to change.

Inter still need to reach an agreement with Cabal’s current employers, Verona though.

According to reports from Alfredo Pedulla and Sportitalia.it, Verona’s asking price for their starting left-back stands at €8m plus bonuses.

The clubs have reportedly agreed to discuss the matter further at some stage this week.

The Colombian youth international is likely to be Inter’s only defensive addition this summer, and he is likely to come in as an alternative option or understudy to current starter Federico Dimarco.

Cabal has spent the past two seasons in Serie A after joining from Atletico Nacional in his native Colombia back in 2022.
