Francesco Acerbi is set to leave Lazio for Lombardy, but it’s all open between Inter, Milan and Monza.

The centre-back has had a very difficult rapport with a certain section of the Lazio ultras for the better part of a year and they seem to have succeeded in pushing him out of the Stadio Olimpico.

According to Calciomercato.com, Acerbi is available for €5-7m and Lazio are waiting for proposals to come in.

The same source maintains it will be a Derby della Madonnina between Milan and Inter for the Italy international.

Inter would represent a reunion with his former Lazio coach Simone Inzaghi, while Acerbi already played for Milan from 2012 to January 2013.

Another report this week from transfer pundit Nicolò Schira also linked Acerbi with newly-promoted Monza, who are another club in the Lombardy region.

The 34-year-old made 36 competitive appearances for Lazio in the current campaign, also scoring four goals and providing two assists.
