Inter have still not agreed a new contract with Milan Skriniar and it’s reported they could be forced to sell to PSG in January for a cut-price €30m fee.

The defender had been at the centre of the transfer tug of war all the way through the summer, with the Nerazzurri rejecting up to €70m offers.

They were confident that Skriniar would put pen to paper on a new deal, seeing as his current contract only runs to June 2023.

However, after weeks of negotiations and a final proposal, there has still not been a response from Skriniar or his entourage.

Time is running out and if he doesn’t agree a new contract this month, then a sale in January seems inevitable to prevent losing him as a free agent.

According to le10sport in France, that could mean a cut-price €30m fee that Paris Saint-Germain are more than ready to pay.

They aren’t the only club interested in Skriniar, as Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea have also been linked.
