Sky Sport Italia reports Inter have met with Torino over a possible move for Andrea Belotti and that Urbano Cairo asks for €20-22m for the Italy international.

The Azzurri star has been linked with a move away from the club this summer and the Nerazzurri are one of the possible suitors.

Sky Sport Italia reports the Inter directors Beppe Marotta and Piero Ausilio have met with Torino President Cairo today.

The Nerazzurri have asked about the possibility of signing Belotti this summer, as the Toro captain has one year left of his deal in Turin.

Cairo has reporetedly asked for a deal worth €20-22m plus bonuses, an operation that would be around €10m cheaper than the mentioned deal between Inter and Lazio over Joaquin Correa.

Inter have targeted two new strikers this summer and reports in Italy have suggested Correa is close to moving, whilst the possible move for Atalanta striker Duvan Zapata seems more and more unlikely.

  1. I like this move. Belotti was exceptional under Mihalovich at Torino, but for reason or the another his career has stagnated in recent years. As with Berardi, he should have moved to bigger club sooner. With Inter‘s quality in midfield and Inzaghi’s style, I’m certain that his game will go up a notch or two.
