Inter and Cagliari had a transfer summit today, discussing the feasibility of transfers for Nahitan Nandez and Radja Nainggolan.

The two clubs have already done business this summer with Dalbert moving to Sardinia on loan with option to buy.

Now they hope to exchange midfielders, with Nainggolan going to Cagliari permanently and Nandez trying himself at the highest level.

According to multiple sources including Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and more, they are working on Nandez moving to Inter on loan with an option to buy, or with an option that becomes an obligation after a certain number of appearances.

After this meeting Inter directors also got together with intermediary Edoardo Crnjar.

The Uruguay international is valued by new coach Simone Inzaghi, as he can play in the centre of midfield, but also on the right flank.

Nainggolan spent the last two seasons on loan at Cagliari and is determined to make it permanent.
