Inter have made a new offer to Arsenal for Shkodran Mustafi, a €5m loan with option to buy for €25m that could become mandatory.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the proposal put on the table today is to take the defender on loan for a sum of €5m.
The option to buy outright would be €25m, but it’d become an obligation if Mustafi played 50 per cent of Inter’s matches during the season.

It’s still a long way off the Arsenal asking price of €40m for the 25-year-old, which is what the Gunners spent to take him from Valencia a year ago.
Mustafi has two goals in 19 senior caps for Germany.
