According to this morning’s Corriere dello Sport, a recent meeting between Walter Sabatini and a Leicester representative was held to explore the possibility of Mahrez moving to the Nerazzurri.
Negotiations are still at an embryonic stage, and no offer has so far been made for the Algerian international.
However, if Antonio Candreva is sold to Chelsea – something the winger’s agent has ruled-out – Inter could accelerate for Mahrez.
