According to multiple reports, Lautaro Martinez has signed a contract extension with Inter until 2026.

Lautaro has agreed to extend his stay at the club and according to Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri will soon announce their new agreement with the 24-year-old.

The former Racing starlet signed his contract with the Nerazzurri today.

Lautaro had a €111m release clause included in his contract, but according to the reports, it has been removed from his new deal, meaning any club interested in signing him in the future would need to negotiate a transfer fee with the Serie A champions.

Lautaro joined Inter in a €25m deal from Racing in 2018.

He has scored 54 goals in 144 appearances with the Nerazzurri and both Tottenham and Atletico Madrid tried to sign him in the summer.

The 24-year-old won his first title at San Siro last season when the Nerazzurri became champions of Italy.

However, the Nerazzurri rejected all offers after the sales of Achraf Hakimi and Lautaro Martinez.

Inter will announce Lautaro’s contract extension in the coming days.
