The newspaper then reveals Inter CEO Beppe Marotta inserted a clause in the deal with PSG that could therefore be activated this year.

The report claims a return to Serie A would trigger payment of a €15m bonus, as Marotta wanted to avoid that Paris was only a stop-gap ahead of a move to Juventus.

A possible farewell for Icardi has been reported in recent months and the newspaper highlights that the English Premier League could be a destination too.
