Inter general manager-elect Beppe Marotta reportedly has an ‘agreement in principle’ for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
According to Corriere della Sera, Marotta will confirm to Inter’s owners in the next few days that his top target for the summer is Milinkovic-Savic.
The newspaper explains the 61-year-old had already held talks with Lazio President Claudio Lotito over signing the Serb when he was still at Juventus.

Furthermore, Marotta would have ‘a preferential channel’ with Lotito, who in turn ‘rejected an offer from another club’ in August because of the pair’s ‘agreement’.
