According to SportMediaset, Zouma caught the eye of Inter scouts and could be available for €5m.
The Nerazzurri face competition, as Manchester United and City are both thought to be interested in the teen who already stands at 1.91m.
He grew up in the Saint-Etienne youth academy and has been part of the senior squad since 2011.
Zouma will turn 19 later this month.
