Carlo Ancelotti will bring another Italian back to Real Madrid, hiring Antonio Conte’s former Inter fitness coach Antonio Pintus.
According to Sportitalia, a deal has been done and Pintus has informed Conte that he intends to accept the job with Ancelotti.
This too is a return, as the 58-year-old already worked for Real Madrid from 2016-19.
That is when he left to join Conte’s project at Inter, which resulted in the Serie A title.
With Conte walking away, his staff also terminated their contracts by mutual consent, including physio and fitness coach Pintus.
