Inter are reportedly considering making a move for Manchester United forward Anthony Martial in the summer.
The 28-year-old Frenchman has entered the last six months of his deal with the Red Devils and isn’t expected to be offered a new contract by the club, making it likely that he leaves on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Inter are preparing to lose veteran forward Alexis Sanchez in the summer, a player who earns €7.5m net per season. The 35-year-old isn’t set to leave this month, leaving his hefty salary on the books until the summer.
As reported by Calciomercato.com, Inter are interested in picking up Martial on a free transfer in the summer, aware that a month this month is almost impossible to pull off considering Sanchez’s immediate future at the club.
The 28-year-old Frenchman will be able to sign a pre-contract from next month and the Nerazzurri will likely face tough competition for his signature. He has recently attracted attention from Olympique Marseille and Fenerbahce.
