Inter eye Berardi swoop

Inter are considering a move for Sassuolo's Domenico Berardi, say reports, long believed to leave for Juventus.

The promising Italian striker was always expected to be purchased by the Bianconeri, even if it was only to be turned somewhere else on loan.

However, both Alfredo Pedulla and the Corriere dello Sport now report of an interest by the Biscione.

Apparently Inter cannot make a move right now as they are still involved with business related to the club's sale to Suning Group, but they are considering this as an option for the future.

There is also the possibility that Berardi may be included as part of an exchange deal, since Sassuolo have allegedly asked to take Sampdoria loanee Andrea Ranocchia on a loan themselves.
