Karamoh is a France Under-21 international and has spent the season on loan at Bordeaux, playing mainly as a right winger.
Vanheusden, meanwhile, is a Belgian centre-back, currently recovering from knee surgery, although he will be fit in time for the start of next season.
The 19-year-old has played 30 times for Standard Liege in all competitions this term.
