Inter have decided to make a serious move for Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun and have started planning a new offer, reports highlight.

The Nerazzurri have picked up a few key players so far this summer, like David Frattesi and Marcus Thuram, and they’re now working to close out a deal for Udinese’s Lazar Samardzic.

Inter are still in the market for a new centre forward following their decision to move away from Lukaku and two players in particular jumped to the top of their list – Balogun and Atletico Madrid’s Alvaro Morata.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport via TMW, Inter are unable to match Arsenal’s €40-50m asking price for Balogun, so are planning to propose a loan deal with a €35m obligation to buy clause attached, including add-ons.

Another idea is West Ham’s Gianluca Scamacca, who is also wanted by Roma. The Italian striker would be both cheaper and more accessible than his Arsenal counterpart.
