Inter are reportedly close to agreeing a fee in the region of €10-12m for striker Edin Dzeko.

According to Sky Sport Italia’s Manuele Baiocchini, Inter could meet Roma this week to discuss Dzeko’s transfer after the capital club reduced their valuation of the Manchester City old boy by almost half.

The Bosnian is alleged to have agreed terms over a three-year contract worth €4m a season.

He has long been pursued by new Nerazzurri boss Antonio Conte, who wanted the 33-year-old at Chelsea.

Dzeko scored 14 goals in 33 competitive games for Roma last season, but only nine of those came in Serie A.
