Inter defender Federico Dimarco won’t even go on the bench against Torino today due to muscle fatigue.
The Italian left-back wouldn’t have started anyway as Simone Inzaghi had already decided to start Robin Gosens on the left wing at the Stadio Grande Torino.
It kicks off at 17:30 GMT+1.
Due to slight muscle fatigue, Dimarco won’t even be on the bench against the Granata today, Saturday, June 3 2023. Dimarco, a product of Inter Academy, hasn’t been called up, and won’t be available in the last game of the season.
However, he is expected to be back on Saturday, June 10 for the Champions League Final against Manchester City.
Dimarco, 25, has six goals and 10 assists in 49 appearances across all competitions this season.
Joaquin Correa and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are also not available for the Nerazzurri today. Just like Dimarco, Mkhitaryan is expected to be available against City and will return to group training on Monday.
