Inter are still on the lookout for a new right-back to replace Achraf Hakimi, while Alex Telles appears to be the Nerazzurri’s priority for the left-wing.

According to Calciomercato.com, Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin and Cagliari‘s Nahitan Nandez are on top of Beppe Marotta’s shopping list to replace Hakimi.

The Morocco international joined PSG in a €71m deal and the Serie A champions are in talks with both the Gunners and the Sardinians.

The Italian outlet reports Cagliari are open to selling Nandez on loan even without an obligation to buy, provided the Nerazzurri pay a fee for the player’s temporary move.

Inter continue to monitor Bellerin, but Arsenal are not open to selling the player with an option to buy and their economic requests are still quite high.

That’s the same reason why a deal for Manchester United’s Alex Telles has been put on hold.

The Serie A champions want to sign the Brazilian full-back on loan with an option to buy, but Manchester United are looking for a sale in the region of €15m.

Meantime, Ivan Perisic remains on the market while Federico Dimarco is expected to remain at the club after returning from his loan at Hellas Verona.

“Dimarco represents the present and the future of Inter, he’s being observed by Inzaghi,” Marotta said on Saturday.

“He can be a pleasant reality of this season as well. Wearing the Inter shirt is a source of great pride for anyone.”

Surely, Simone Inzaghi expects to welcome new signings after the likes of Alex Cordaz and Hakan Calhanoglu.

“We’ll try to sign some new players. Full-backs are important to me, so we will try to act accordingly,” the former Lazio coach said during his unveiling press conference earlier this month.
