Inter are reportedly considering making an offer for ex-Manchester United keeper David De Gea, while Anatoliy Trubin is pushing to join the Nerazzurri.

Raffaele Di Gennaro is currently Inter’s only goalkeeper as André Onana has joined Manchester United, while Samir Handanovic left at the end of his contract on June 30.

Friday’s printed edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (page 5) confirms the Nerazzurri are keeping an eye on De Gea who has recently terminated his contract at Old Trafford and is available as a free agent.

Bayern Munich keeper Yann Sommer remains Inter’s primary target in goal, but his €6m clause has reportedly expired and the Serie A giants don’t want to invest more than €4m in signing the Switzerland international, reports Gazzetta. Sommer is said to have already agreed to personal terms with the Nerazzurri, but Bayern seem unwilling to sell, given that Manuel Neuer ‘doesn’t give guarantees’ regarding his fitness for 2023-24.

Shakhtar Donetsk’s keeper Turbin remains on the Nerazzurri’s radars, but according to Gazzetta the Ukrainian club demand €20m, while Inter have only offered €10m so far.

The 21-year-old has dropped several transfer hints on social media over the last few days and the last one was a comment under Manchester United’s announcement of Onana on Thursday.

The Ukrainian keeper used eye emojis suggesting that he keeps waiting following the transfer of the Cameroon international to Old Trafford.
