Inter have reached a basic agreement with Sassuolo for Matteo Politano for circa €25m, according to Sky Sport Italia.
There was a meeting today between the two clubs and they seem to have edged significantly closer to a deal.
The winger will move to San Siro on loan with option to buy for a total of €25m.
Also included in the transfer are Inter youth team players – midfielder Gabriele Zappa and centre-forward Davide Merola.
