Inter are reportedly close to agreeing a fee with Barcelona for midfielder Ivan Rakitic.
According to Catalan-based daily Mundo Deportivo, Barca’s demands of ‘at least €50m’ have not put off Inter, although they must still ‘convince’ Rakitic.
The Croatian was expected to stay at Camp Nou for another season, but the newspaper writes that is no longer certain following the Blaugrana’s 4-0 hammering by Liverpool in the Champions League semi-finals.

The 31-year-old joined Barca from Sevilla in 2014 and has gone on to win four League titles and a Champions League during his time at the club.
He was also part of the Croatia team who finished runners-up at last year’s World Cup.
