The Dane collapsed in the final minutes of the first half of a 1-0 defeat to Finland at the European Championship, and Denmark doctor confirmed after that the former Ajax midfielder had suffered a cardiac arrest.
The chants for the Nerazzurri continued at Appiano Gentile, with the team responding by meeting the fans in the early hours of the preparations for next season.
