“I’ve taken part in my final training session for Lazio,” the 35-year-old commented.
“There are still a few details to iron out between Lazio and Inter, but we can consider the transfer as done.
“I regrettably leave Lazio, but I do hope that an opportunity arises in the future for me to return to this club.”
Rocchi is set to sign a six-month deal that will net him €800,000.
The forward, who will be used as an alternative to Diego Milito by the San Siro giants, has only made three League appearances this term.
He joined the Biancocelesti in 2004 from Empoli.
