Inter and Dybala agents work on contract details

Inter and Paulo Dybala had their first official meeting today and have not yet agreed personal terms, but talks will continue in a positive atmosphere, confirming this is his favoured destination.

The Nerazzurri have long been interested in the Argentina international, who is a free agent after leaving Juventus this summer.

They came out in the open this afternoon with agent Jorge Antun and several intermediaries entering the Inter headquarters in Milan.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the first formal offer is a four-year contract worth €6m per season plus bonuses.

The request from Dybala and his agents is €8m plus bonuses, but both parties are prepared to take another step towards each other and reach an agreement.

This confirms Inter are the favourites for Dybala, well ahead of alternatives like Roma, Arsenal, Manchester United or Tottenham Hotspur.

Further meetings are expected over the next few days, but the process of bringing Dybala to Inter as a free agent is already in full swing.

Also present at the meeting were director Beppe Marotta and Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti.

The contract Juventus had originally agreed with Dybala before suddenly withdrawing it was worth over €10m per season.
