Mundo Deportivo claims that Inter’s latest proposal of a loan with €25m option to buy was rejected.

The club values Rafinha at €40m and Sportitalia report the Nerazzurri are leaning towards accepting the deal for somewhere between €35m and 40m.

It would, however, be a free six-month loan with no obligation to make the move permanent, thus protecting both clubs in case this spell doesn’t work out.

Meanwhile, Barcelona sent out a signal by including Rafinha in the squad for their upcoming Copa del Rey game.

Notably, Napoli and Inter transfer target Gerard Deulofeu was left out.

The Spaniard confirmed his fitness by posting a video clip on Instagram and Twitter of his gym workout.
