Inter ultras have been banned from bringing flags in Curva Nord and using sound reinforcement systems until the end of the season following assaults on Police officers and Juventus fans on February 4.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Inter’s Curva Nord will be much quieter than usual until the end of the season, as ultras won’t be allowed to bring flags and use sound reinforcement systems until the end of the 2023-24 campaign.

The decision has been taken by public security authorities and was confirmed by the Curva Nord with an Instagram story on Friday afternoon.

Gazzetta reports the ban has been imposed following an assault of Inter ultras on Police officers and a bus of Juventus fans on February 4, after a Serie A meeting between the Nerazzurri and the Bianconeri at the Stadio Meazza.

Inter ultras have taken responsibility confirming that the ban will be applied in European matches too, meaning the choreography they had planned for a Champions League game against Atletico Madrid next week won’t be made.
