Agent Vincenzo Pisacane has arrived to meet with Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli, to discuss Lorenzo Insigne’s future at the Partenopei.
Insigne has another year left on his deal with the Azzurri and reportedly wants to renew with the Partenopei.
Sky Sport Italia reports agent Pisacane is at the Napoli hotel to sit down with Giuntoli today and discuss the future of goalkeeper Nikita Contini and the captain Insigne.
The European Champion has been offered a new deal by President Aurelio De Laurentiis and is expected to take a pay cut to continue at the Stadio Diego Maradona.
There’s still a gap between the captain’s requests and the offer from the club, despite the will to continue together.
But, Sky reports the situation could change after the meeting between the sporting director and the player’s agent today.
