Napoli captain Lorenzo Insigne has reportedly changed his agent again and is in negotiations to extend his contract at the Stadio San Paolo.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Insigne decided to part company with Mino Raiola and has instead handed the reins to Vincenzo Pisacane.

It would represent the third change of agent for the Italy international in the last couple of years.

After Napoli agreed a new contract with Dries Mertens and Piotr Zielinski, now Insigne is hoping for an improved deal too.
