Lorenzo Insigne has released a video message for Toronto FC fans assuring he is ‘excited for this new adventure’ in Major League Soccer.
The Napoli captain signed a four-year contract from July 1, as his deal with the Partenopei expires on June 30, making him a free agent.
After Toronto FC announced the transfer, Insigne also released a video message for the supporters.
“I wanted to say hello to all the fans in Toronto fans, I am excited for this new adventure. I want to thank the club and we’ll see each other in July. All For One!”
By the outfit, it is evident Insigne recorded this at the hotel in Rome just after signing the contract on Tuesday.
This is because a video was recorded of him inside the restaurant with Toronto directors, his agent and intermediary Andrea D’Amico, then the footage saw them leaving the hotel.
