Milan are worried at news Mike Maignan has gone off at half-time during the Nations League match for France with a calf injury.
According to initial reports from Paris, the goalkeeper has sustained a calf problem and was substituted for the second half by Alphonse Areola in the game against Austria.
Maignan was only making his fifth senior appearance for France because first choice Hugo Lloris is already out of action due to an injury.
It is a concern for the Rossoneri, who have big games coming up in Serie A and the Champions League after the break for international duty.
