Paris Saint-Germain left-back Bernat has pulled out of the squad due to injury and will be replaced by Real Madrid defender Fran Garcia.
Meanwhile, there are reports that RB Leipzig creative midfielder Olmo is suffering from muscular issues and is not taking part in the full training sessions.
He seems unlikely to recover in time to start on Thursday, but so far coach Luis de la Fuente has not thought it necessary to bring in a replacement for the 25-year-old.
