Torino are dealing with a lot of problems during the break for the World Cup, as Karol Linetty and Wilfried Singo both sustained injuries.

Serie A is currently paused for the tournament in Qatar and is set to resume on January 4.

The clubs have resumed training and are taking part in a few friendly tests to keep their fitness levels up.

Things have not gone to plan for Torino coach Ivan Juric, who has lost two big players to muscular issues.

Singo was diagnosed with a Grade I lesion of his right femoral bicep and is expected to miss the first couple of games when Serie A resumes.

Now Poland international Linetty has also picked up an injury, with a statement confirming a lesion to the iliopsoas in his left leg.

It only warned that his condition will be monitored over the next few weeks, so this too is a long-term injury.
