“The boy still needs to grow even though he has already proved that he is a good element,” Alessandro Moggi told Radio CRC. “I’m certain that he is already worth a lot as a player.
“Juventus wanted to take him back to Turin in January and this shows how highly they consider him.”
Genoa, currently involved in a relegation dogfight, refused to release the Italian Under-21 international.
Immobile, also linked with Napoli, has scored five goals in 21 League appearances for the Grifone so far this season.
