Ciro Immobile is reportedly out of Saturday’s Serie A game against Juventus, with Pedro also in doubt, leaving Lazio with a revamped front three.

It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Saturday at 17.00 GMT.

The centre-forward had been forced to pull out of international duty with a calf injury, missing the World Cup qualifiers against Switzerland and Northern Ireland.

He had hoped to be fit again for this weekend after resuming light training.

However, Tuttosport claim the latest tests performed at the Paideia clinic this morning showed the calf muscle is still not ready for a step up in routine.

Immobile therefore cannot be ready for Saturday or the Europa League, so his aim is to be back against Napoli on November 28.

There was more bad news for coach Maurizio Sarri today, as Pedro limped off during a game between ranks with a suspected sprained ankle and he too is in doubt.

It means Lazio might have to start Vedat Muriqi and Manuel Lazzari upfront with Felipe Anderson, although Raul Moro is another potential candidate.
