Lecce are cutting their loan spell with Giannelli Imbula short, as the Stoke City midfielder is in negotiations with Lokomotiv Moscow.
According to French site Footmercato, Lecce are not prepared to keep hold of Imbula after he made just three Serie A appearances for the club.
Stoke could even terminate his contract by mutual consent, allowing him to sign for Lokomotiv Moscow, as he is currently in Russia to meet with the club and view their training facilities.
His deal with Stoke is meant to run to June 2021.
