The two sides meet on Thursday for the first leg in Serbia with the return a week later.
Fiorentina’s double-header against the winners will take place on August 18 in Florence with the away second leg on the 25th.
Italian teams have a 100% record in this competition with Roma winning the maiden campaign last year.
