Paulo Dybala thanked his current and former teammates who had sent him social media messages following his final home game with Juventus and suggested he will reunite with Paul Pogba one day.

The Argentinean played his last home game in Turin yesterday and his farewell overshadowed Giorgio Chiellini’s, who also played his final match at the Allianz Stadium. Dybala broke into tears after the final whistle and saluted the Bianconeri fans after the match with a video posted on Instagram on Tuesday afternoon (watch it here).

Transfer news: how much Juventus have offered Pogba

The 28-year-old received thousands of messages from fans and fellow football players, including many of his current and former teammates. Leonardo Bonucci, Manuel Locatelli, Mattia De Sciglio, Mattia Perin and Alvaro Morata and Dusan Vlahovic just to name a few, took to social media to pay tribute to the Argentinean striker. Pogba, a close friend of Dybala, also shared a message that the Argentinean highly appreciated.

“Hermano, you’re a top player and a top man! It’s great to have you as a friend and to have shared moments with you at Juventus. Hope to see you soon,” the Manchester United star wrote, adding a picture of one of his goal celebrations with La Joya at Juventus. Dybala replied through his Instagram stories, saying: ‘I am sure that one day we will do it again.’

Pogba is one of Juventus’ options to replace Dybala and his representative met the Old Lady yesterday. According to reports, he has been offered a €7.5m-a-year deal plus add-ons until 2025.

Dybala case is different than rest of the farewells. He will be playing for many years.
If something change in Juventus management and if Paulo wants he might be back.
