Samuel Iling-Junior has been labelled as the third choice option for Massimiliano Allegri at Juventus, as interest parties begin to queue up for the young Englishman.

Calciomercato.com writes that with the return of Andrea Cambiaso from his loan spell with Bologna, and with the presence and experience of Filip Kostic, Iling-Junior has fallen down the pecking order, particularly in Allegri’s recently preferred 3-5-2 system.

And now, there is a growing possibility that the teenager could be allowed to leave the Allianz Stadium before the close of the summer transfer window.

Bologna are said to be among the clubs interested in making a move for Iling-Junior, as they still look to fill the gap left by the aforementioned Cambiaso. Calciomercato believes that Thiago Motta’s side could offer Juventus a proposal for a loan deal.

There is also continued interest from the Premier League, most notably from Nottingham Forest, who have only won once across their pre-season friendlies and opening game of the Premier League campaign.

However, the most enticing option for Juventus, would be to send Iling-Junior to Sassuolo as part of an exchange deal for Domenico Berardi.

Sassuolo reportedly admire the 19-year-old, but are left to be convinced whether he will be able to fill Berardi’s boots if he moves to Turin.
