The 25-year-old limped out of the Rosanero's 1-1 draw with Bologna last weekend, but the Sicilian side have revealed that the Slovenia international will be in the squad for the game against the Elefanti on Sunday.
Ilicic has been a rare bright spark for Giuseppe Sannino's side this term, scoring eight goals in 27 League appearances.
