“We said that we wanted to start 2020 on the right foot,” Ilicic told DAZN.

“It was a great performance and we have four tough months coming up to reach our objective. The important thing was to win, it’s true we got another five goals again today, but it’s all a team effort. An individual player can do nothing by himself.
“We’ve had a few injury problems lately, but if we have the full squad at our disposal, Atalanta have shown what we are capable of.
“I want to play every game, because I am really enjoying our football. It was a wonderful afternoon for everyone in Bergamo.”
