The 25-year-old defender is keen to leave the Viola, something his agent Marcelo Mascagni publicly confirmed when he stated that his client has a ‘desire to leave this summer’.

Fulham emerged to register their interest in Igor last month but things have fallen quiet in recent weeks, suggesting that a move to Craven Cottage is not on the horizon.

As reported by TMW, Brighton are willing to pay around €15m plus add-ons to sign Igor from Fiorentina this summer.

The Brazilian defender has already verbally agreed to personal terms with Roberto De Zerbi’s side and the hope is to close out a deal before the pre-season tour in the United States.

Igor has one year left on his contract with Fiorentina and his agent Mascagni confirmed that the club are willing to sell him this summer.
