Mino Raiola has urged Barbara Berlusconi to call him if she believes Mario Balotelli is not irreplaceable at Milan.

Amid speculation that the Rossoneri are open to his sale this summer at a suitable offer, the director commented last week that the 23-year-old is not ‘irreplaceable’.

Whilst considering the fallout to Italy’s World Cup campaign that has centred on his client, Balotelli’s agent took the opportunity to respond to Silvio Berlusconi’s daughter.

“Mario is where they love him,” Mino Raiola has told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

“He appreciates the words from Galliani, but now I want to respond to even those from Barbara Berlusconi.

“If he is replaceable, then call me and we will find a solution, as I am used to doing.

“I recall that Mario has other important offers. He is at Milan for his heart, her I do not know about.”

Media reports have been that Italy’s replacement CT for Cesare Prandelli will give Balotelli a ‘backseat’ from national team duty.

“Mario has always responded to being called up with enthusiasm. For him it is the best playing for Italy. But it does not depend on him.

“If I were to believe the criticism then perhaps the next Coach won’t be calling him up…”
