Inter striker Mauro Icardi admits a contract renewal is ‘at a difficult point’, as Chelsea are rumoured to be interested.
It was reported today that the English Premier League side are ready to offer €30m for the 22-year-old, who is the Nerazzurri’s top scorer this season.
“It’s at a difficult point, but today is not about that,” Icardi told reporters after a charity match organised by Javier Zanetti.

“The people of San Siro love me, and I respect them so much. I try to make them happy in every game.
“I’m young, I’m only 22, and I hope I can have a career like Zanetti did. Although if I score 200 Serie A goals I'll probably retire earlier than he did!"
