“It’s beautiful to hear that,” he told FCInterNews. “It gives me real pride to know that people like me so much.
“I think it was the case last year as well, so it’s nice to know I’m having such a good impact on the supporters.”
Icardi then went on to comment on President Erick Thohir’s assertions that he will be vital in the upcoming campaign.
“It’s a stimulus, of course. But I’m still only 21 and have plenty more to give. I have to show a lot more.”
