Milan legend Ibrahimovic, who was appointed in December as an ‘Operating Partner’ and ‘Senior Advisor to Ownership’ sent a cryptic message on social media after Milan’s last game of the season against Salernitana.

The ex-striker shared a picture of himself sitting on the Milan bench at San Siro, writing ‘4-3-3.’

The Swede is formally not part of the club directors but is said to have direct influence in the decision over Milan’s next coach and the club’s transfer strategies for the summer.

Nearly three million people saw Ibrahimovic’s post since it was posted on Sunday evening.

The Serie A giants confirmed last week that Stefano Pioli would leave the club, while multiple sources in Italy claim Paulo Fonseca, a former Roma coach, will be appointed by the Serie A giants for 2024-25.
