“Am I more worried by the errors or inspired by the good football? I am a Coach who makes balance his profession,” Iachini said in a Press conference.

“At times we reap less than we sow, but the team showed the right mentality, spirit and fitness levels. This side always created chances and made mistakes, often paying an excessive price for those errors.
“We are working on this to achieve the constant growth that I am convinced the team can enjoy. We’ve conceded five goals from set plays, so need to be more concentrated in these situations. They cost us points.
“I would’ve been more worried if I had seen a team unable to create chances, but we have made life difficult for all our opponents.
“Empoli are a tough side to face and they held Milan after leading 2-0. They are organised and have a lot of quality in attack with players like Tavano, Verdi and Maccarone.
“We require a great performance. I want to see a better choice of final pass or shot, but that is part of the growth process.”
